My mission is to be your chronic pain specialist, coach and mentor, right in your pocket. I built the Independence Mentorship as a remote model because I want to provide high-level, accessible coaching that actually fits into your daily life. We work together seamlessly to help you build a resilient, capable body on your own terms. Here is exactly what this means for you -

The Command Center, Establishing Control & Adherence. The first phase is about understanding the body, mapping the pain, systems for success and communication.
