The Physical Awakening, Body Awareness & Competency. This phase focuses on undoing compensatory habits and restoring proper joint mechanics.

The New Operating System: Here we start safely introducing load to build tissue tolerance and physical confidence with a new system in place.

Widening The Bucket, Developing More Capacity. The final phase hands the keys over to the client, ensuring they have the tools to manage their own fitness journey.
