My goal is simple: Help you move better, live longer, and stay independent.

My Story: Rebuilding from the Ground Up For 27 years, my life was competitive hockey. Reaching the pinnacle of the sport and playing for Team Canada taught me everything about discipline, resilience, and pushing physical limits. But my career did not end on my terms. A severe concussion took me off the ice for the rest of my life.
The chronic pain that followed was debilitating, and the physical and mental toll of that injury almost cost me my life.I know exactly what it feels like when your body becomes a prison, when you are stripped of your identity, and when pain dictates your daily life. I had to navigate the dark, frustrating process of rebuilding my body and my mind from scratch. That deeply personal experience is the foundation of my practice today.Having lived through it, I realized that for people dealing with chronic pain, standard personal training just does not work.
Pushing harder is not the answer. You need a highly specific, intelligent approach to movement and healing. That realization sparked my evolution into a Chronic Pain Specialist and Longevity Coach.
My Core Values Everything I do as a coach is built on three foundational pillars:

You are never left in the dark. I am with you every step of the way because I know how isolating pain can feel.

When it comes to rehabilitating movement and managing pain, the details matter. Specificity is everything.

I combine evidence-based biomechanics with genuine empathy. Having been in the depths of chronic pain myself, I care deeply about your success and your ability to live a life free of limitations.
Expert guidance for a stronger, pain-free you.
